MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Unable to program using 9132 code

I'm trying to change the names on our phones (no windows admin software available)
Every document I find says to start by typing 9123 or 9932 to get into programming mode.

The trouble is we dial 9 for an outside line, so when I press 9 it opens an outside line.

How else can I enter programming mode?

Im not sure if this is relevent, but I had to change EN from the generic config, to GB which matched the language files.

However... My version is the one with the cordless handset, which now doesnt seem to work 

Im wondering if I needed a different version of the firmware?
