Calls come in from a transfer only mailbox out of a MLAA and ring to a ring group with 5x IP phones. I built a system speed call with an external number the want calls to hit sometimes. Customer wants the calls to ring to the ring group, but they want to be able to send calls to the speed call sometimes and toggle this on/off themselves. How would you guys set this up?

Is there any way to trace the data ports on the SX-200. I know you can do this for PRI through port 2002 but wondering if anyone knows if there is a similar method for the ports assigned in Form 12 to see the raw data for PMS ports themselves.

Does anyone have 3.0 or 4.0 software they can PM over? Mitel has taken down so much legacy documentation and software.

How would I have the LOGSYS READ SMDR command to output all the outgoing calls to a specific area code (example 774 area code). I played around with the MATCH but it is not doing what I need it to do.

Is there a way to add a SIP phone to a Mitel SX-200 through some sort of ATA or other device that the SIP phone would register to and convert the SIP to analog to connect to an ONS port.

Looking at a wireless solution to broadcast through a whole hotel, and thinking DECT might not work.

Is there a TAPI driver i can install on Win 10 to work with my phone(s). I have found the programming instructions in the manual to allow TAPI control in the COS of the phone., and wanted to integrate the TAPI support of the ticketing software I use.

Customer has an SX-200 and a strange request. The tech in me wants to say this is not possible but this forum surprises me with solutions sometimes. Customer wording is for a "Voicemail message upon arrival.  Changed frequently by the GM to welcome guests and even promotion at restaurants, etc." Is this possible?

Customer has a Mitel SX-200 ICP running latest firmware. I created a 5312 with a multiline key to help answer calls for another extension. They have caller ID to their prime line, but the caller ID does not show for incoming calls to the multiline key. They said it does show caller ID once they answer the call. Is there a way to see caller ID before they answer the call for calls to a multiline keys. I am thinking COS but don't know where to look.

I have two hot desk users x4193 and x4194 that need to ring at the same time. They are setup as ACD Hot Desk. They both have a DID number that rings each respective user. When someone calls the DID for x4193 or is transferred by the front desk to the prime DN x4193 both phones need to ring. I can't add 4193 as a multicall to x4194 because it is a hot desk user. Is there a way to add this functionality. Obviously it it goes unanswered it still needs to hit the VM for x4193 so I can't just have them call another DN and place on both phones.

On a MiVB system is there a way to record a message and send it out to all voicemail boxes on the system? Customer is using embedded VM

I am trying to reach a system remotely. I got the error "Maximum number of connections exceeded." Nobody is logged in here. I have been waiting for this to timeout but still can't login. I don't want to have the customer have to reboot the system for me. Is there a way to walk someone through on the Mitel 5540 console phone to close any existing connections so I can login?

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / Mailbox 9999 security issue

I have a hotel customer that recently unplugged their fax machine. It is built as an analog extension in Form 09. After 4 rings Form 19 CFNA transfers the call to voicemail hunt group and mailbox 9999 default open system greeting plays the call. In that mailbox I can dial any extension including guestrooms. I want to lock that mailbox down from being able to call any extensions and/or have any calls that hit voicemail without a mailbox number to just go to the 0. Is there a way to set this.

I set an AA using the embedded voicemail on a SX-200 AX controller running 5.0.2. The customer wants a "stay on the line" option to ring to the front desk. Is there a way to program this?
