Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Block Incoming call to DID except one number

How we can block incoming call to DID number except one mobile number. from whitelist mobile they will be able to call all other DID and whitelist one.

after i programmed whitelist, if i dial any other DID number call goes to whitelist DID number

lost connection upgrading and cant boot. later found below issue and controller not booting. does anyone know !

it keep booting after mistakenly changed e2t card address from UBOOT

SIP On Mitel / Outging Call Disconnect after 15 second

out going call disconnect after 15 seconds.
using softphone(linephone) checked direct connection from router, it works fine.
For sipnatting using CISCO router
incoming call ok
