Inter tel 5000 with major alarm and DSP failure in server display?

Reboot... if it doesn't clear it is likely a bad processor. The DSP is built into the processor module, if the processor is bad, might as well migrate to an HX chassis since the old CS cabinet has been depreciated.

OK thanks can I go down from 2.4 software to the 2.2 and not lose my license on the 2.2?

I'm not sure why that is relevant... this is a hardware issue, you could just reuse the same CF card and license key, nothing in software or license should change. All you need is the PM module... Power off, remove old module, insert new module, power up and if prompted in the display to update acknowledge it and your done.
