Title: 5212 or 5224 on MiVoice Office 6.2

Are the 5212 or 5224 compatible with MiVoice Office 6.2?

Customer has an SX200 that was installed about 8 or 9 years ago and is wanting to upgrade to a 5000 and I was wondering whether they could use their old sets?

I know the key assignments show 52XX/53XX, but I want to make sure the new iteration still supports the older sets.

The MiVO-250 supports the following 52xx/53xx phones with a Category D license.

52xx/53xx phones: 5212, 5224, 5304, 5312, 5324, 5320, 5330, 5340, and 5360

So to answer your question the manual states that it does support those phone types.

They are absolutely supported. I was just working on those models on that software version earlier today.
TE mentioned all of those models from the documentation, and I have can confirm that I've seen them all in a working 6.2 environment.
