Title: Incoming Call trace
Post by: rkowals on March 04, 2021, 11:41:00 AM
Is there a way I can pull a log from the system to see what incoming calls have been made to an internal phone on a specific day?

Not exactly, but there may be a way depending on the system we are talking about and how far back it is... The SX2000 has about a 20000 call SMDR buffer that is searchable to some degree, but likely not to the granularity you want, 20k records might be a day or a few weeks depending on the size and call volume of the system. The SX200 really doesn't have that built in. Either could with an external call reporting devices/computer.

I was reading elsewhere in the forum about accessing the SMDR via the console port and going to LOGS>PRINT>SMDR, but my luck I don't have the SMDR option in that print menu.  Thanks for the info.
