MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / forward message

I have a customer using Mitel 6.2 with LS lines

They want to forward their extension to a cell phone when they leave the office. There is a 5-10 second pause between the forward at the extension and the ringing audio from the cell phone. Is there a way to add a message notifying that a transfer is taking place?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Override DND for paging

I have a customer that is using paging in their office for safety concerns. However, a lot of the staff tend to put their phone in DND.
Is there a way someone can use an override command so that paging calls reach all users?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Call Audio glitchy

I have a customer running 5.1.0.20 as part of a 7 node setup.
All calls are directed to the main node for the auto attendant.

Recently the calls have started to be glitchy.

"All calls, in house, incoming, and outgoing…. They sound like the person you are talking to are falling out of the service area and the caller cuts in and out."

They are using 8528 Phones with a newer building.

I have reset the 5000 and it did not improve call quality.
My main concern is that internal calls are being affected.

Any thoughts?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / 2 Nodes not connecting

I have a client with a 6 node system running 5.1.0.20

Yesterday it seems that node 3 and node 4 stopped talking. So they cannot call the other by extension number.

I have reset both systems and am getting an error in system print on Node 4
-04:224- 09:46 10-05 M5122 WRN HW CP Nodes Did Not Respond To Broadcast Message From 'PP022' : Nodes 3 5 6
-04:225- 09:46 10-05 M2038 INF HW CP Failed Session Startup With Node 5
-04:226- 09:46 10-05 M2038 INF HW CP Failed Session Startup With Node 6

The client did not say there was any issues with the other nodes, but may simply not be reporting

Any thoughts?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Slow ring on Bria

I have a client using a Bria softphone.
MiVoice Office 250 6.1.3.27

When someone calls his extension(or the system rings as part of the hunt group) it takes about 12 seconds before his phone starts to ring. Is there a setting somewhere to make this faster?

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Alarm 101

Customer called in stating their 8528 is not functioning properly. I have replaced it once. And moved that user to the second DDM. Alarm 101 is displaying on their Admin phone and their system.
I am the vendor.
They are using a 6.1.3.28. The phone in question is in an outbuilding with 5 other phones that are working properly.

I do not have any remote access and they are about a 2.5 hour drive each way.

Any ideas on what would cause the phone to stop responding and go blank?
