Title: IP endpoints reset w/CSM client launch

Scenario:

Hosted HX & CSM at our shop with VPN between us & site, totally segregated from our LAN. When CSM (Reporter) client is launched onsite to run reports, IP endpoints reset. Launching Reporter on the hosted server does not cause any resets.

Just looking for some thoughts/input before I jump into investigating issue.

Do you have enough bandwidth between the site and the hosted center? Is the CSM on the same network/VLAN?
