May be a UK only thing but it definitely happens ;D

If a 69xx handset is resilient the clock changes to 24 hour format

The admin account 'sysadmin' the is created in default is non-ad so shouldn't be impacted.
If they have created an AD-linked admin account for you then it would just use the new password when you logged in.

4
Ignore the previous edit as I just realised you are talking about the Windows account.

The password can be updated on this, you would just need to then update the password any of the Oaisys services that are running using that account.
It would stop call recording working until this had been done, which worst case would be a few minutes.

We had a similar issue in an older version where if a sip softphone had a £ in the password it would never register, that took some working out!

I'm pretty sure you need to use a DHSG lead for call control on headsets.
This also needs turning on under the audio/headset settings of the phone.

If you look at the description on the Micollab iPhone client it says it requires minimum Micollab Server 9.1.
What version is your customer running?

I raised a couple in 2016 that were put on the road-map but are yet to have been released.
Hopefully you have more luck than me!

Uninstall Access, reboot, reinstall Access, reboot did the trick

Got the same issue on a machine, tried the usual DB access reinstall and a full uninstall/re-install with no luck.

I'm thinking Microsoft have broken it with the new feature update.

The cards only show realtime, so when the agent is ringing it shows the queue name and number of the active call.
I don't beleive you can display what you are after on the cards.

In Oaisys Call Recording Admin, under Recording Manager, Recording Port Settings, are you using Network Voip or SRC?

I'm not sure you can do this on a 250, it has to be done at a network/carrier level.

Hey,

It is possible, you can use an ANI lookup and add the numbers you want to block to route to a hang-up.

Something like this:

Hey,
Mitel allow you to trial licensed features this way for a period of 60 days before the system would go into license violation.
There are 20 available to trial that you could then purchase within this time frame.
The customer/system doesn't actually have any EDHU licenses so you would need to purchase them for long term use.
