Title: sx2000 PRI sending a 1 in fornt of international calls
Post by: JK on November 04, 2015, 10:54:30 AM
I have a sip based pri from AT&T connected to a sx 2000 Pri card in a dsu node. It is set for NI2 Belcore. On international calls we are sending a 1 and the carrier is rejecting the call. I tried to change the enable unknown ton/np but that made no difference. I changed the protocall variant from belcore to 5ess and it added two 1's in front of international calls. Any help on this problem would be greatly appreciated. AT&T is not helping in this issue.

It sounds like your Digit Modification entry for that route is inserting a 1, have you verified you have the correct DM applied to your route, and are absorbing/inserting the proper digits?

It is not in the digit mod tables the 1 is being inserted Via the IMAT software. Already tested that ( I thought the same thing at first)
