Title: Message waiting lamp on - unable to remove

Hi All,

A user has a Callback message light on her phone which we cannot extinguish from the handset itself, a Mitel Superset 4150, on the sx2000 I can see under active features that there is a message showing but I don't know how to get rid of it!

How do I go about getting rid of this annoying light?

Read this article and see if it helps.  It's 3300 centric but will also apply to the 2k.
