Hi, quicky if anyone has the answer.
3300 MCD 8.0 have a phone showing 'make busy' on the display but don't have any acd agents or any acd programming on the system. How can I clear this? will agent log out work?
all help appreciated.

YourSite => Configuration => Make Busy Reason Codes

That or maybe a remote clear all features on that phone if you or someone on site has access to do so. If there is no ACD programming the phone may not have a logout button.

Ah ah, so there is a make busy-setup which is separate to the ACD one. This is the one that was set.
Its *02 on this system and guess what most numbers they dial start with.....yup 02.....
