Title: IP trunk from site to site does not show caller ID

Hello,

We have 2 PBX, PBX A have PRI and PBX B have users.
When incoming calls comes into PRI, it then rings to reception in PBX B, issues is the caller ID shows IP trunk instead callers caller ID.

Verify 1st that you're getting caller ID from the carrier.
On PBX A do a CCS Trace Cont.  You should see caller ID.
If you do then you need to go through all your COS for caller ID.
If not, contact your carrier.

Hi Ralph,

It's showing the caller's phone number but the name says IP trunk.

What did the CCS trace show?
