Hello everyone:
I'm trying to back up our Mitel telephone system but for some reason every time I hit Start Backup it says backing up and does nothing. This was done using
Internet Explorer 11 using Java Version 8 update 131.
Also, a try on Windows XP using Internet Explorer 7 using java version 7 update 60 and the button that says Start Backup is gray out.
FYI a put the Mitel IP address on the security exception on java.
Any help would be appreciate.

Are you backing up to the Local Hard Drive or FTP Server?

There was an old issue going back to 2012.
On your backup page, does it say at the top of it "This page requires Java. Click for more information."?
That would tell me if you're dealing with that issue or not.

Just use software installer to back it up
