Title: EHDU Voicemail Issue

We have several users setup with EHDU, it works perfect except when a call goes to voicemail, it goes to the Cellphone voicemail instead of office voicemail. Is there a timer that can be adjusted to keep this from happening?

Try to shorten your ringing recall timer in the COS for your trunks , you may have to create an new COS for trunks .

That ringing may be on the station side also . I have the flu and been drinking dayquil  so my brain is a little foggy .

Call forward no answer to voicemail.

It will go to the first voicemail that answers the call, so a timer will help you for No Answer, but - depending on what the cellphone operator does - might not help you for Busy or Out of Service.

You could also enable EHDU - answer confirmation in the trunk COS.  This would require a DTMF digit to be pressed before the call is 'released' thus stops calls being answered by mobile provider voicemail.
