Hi- We are using NuPoint Messaging. I have an intermittent issue with my phone where calls made using the Speed Dial (direct inbound dialing) number are not being picked up by voicemail. Calls to my internal extension do get transferred to voicemail if not picked up after four rings, but DID calls just keep ringing.

Also, I found the settings button on the phone but for Access Protocols and Network Settings it's prompting me for a password???

Hi- I'm trying to connect my 5330e handset to on-site Asterisk (FreePBX). I changed the mode to SIP and, upon reboot, was prompted for a UserID. I input an incorrect value but can't figure out how to change it. I've done a factory reset but when I change to SIP mode again, I don't get the prompt. In the display, it just says 'Page Not Found, disp username' I assume if I have the correct userID it will register with Asterisk. Is this correct?

How do I change userID on phone in SIP mode?
How do I get it connected to my Asterisk (FreePBX)?
