Hello,
I've got a customer who's using the latest release of MiVoice Call Recorder (Formally known as OAISYS).
The customer is using SIP trunks and the call recorder is programmed to monitor each extension using a dynamic license. Is is possible that I can stop the software from recording internal calls, therefor the only calls recorded are ones involving a SIP trunk?
Many Thanks,
VoIP Guy.

Yes there is a main call filter that needs to be modified somewhere and you just need to uncheck internal calls from memory. I will find out exactly tomorrow/Tuesday and let you know

That's perfect - thanks so much!

Think the default is changed and a couple of new filters need to be created

Under lists/calls create an internal call filter
Under Recording Manager/recording rules add the internal call filter and check the box for 'do not record'
