Title: Call Backs Not working

Upgraded a site to 8.1 and now Call backs are not working,  I can see the Callback Request in the Client but the Outbound call is not being made.

The Request Time Column in the Call Back window is Blank,  when I tested call back in my lab the Request time should have the time the call will be made to the agent.
