Title: Micollab v8 crash on open

Hi all, has anyone seen Micollab v8 crashing on open?

Ive tried uninstall (manual delete all folders), reinstall. Which works fine but when I restart the machine, Micollab opens, and then crashes after a few seconds with the generic 'Micollab has stopped working' message. Same thing goes for any profile setup on that machine..

Version 7 works fine, but we have had a few unusual issues like above with 8.

Assuming you mean the MiCollab Client, find the MiCollab Client local profile and rename it.
shut down the client
search for %APPDATA%
Open the Mitel folder and rename the UC folder
restart the client
