Mitel Software Applications / More Emoticons for UCA 5.0

This isn't critical but our users keep on asking us this question. We just migrated from OCS 2007 (where there were tons of emoticons) to UCA 5.0. Is it possible to upload more emoticons to the UCA 5.0? Also, how about colored fonts...can we pull it off if we want to? Thanks!

Mitel Software Applications / UCA Config - Is there a GPO ADMX or template to configure/limit UCA features?

We're trying to limit certain features to our users from the UCA, e.g. for the sake of our company's privacy policy, we don't want them to record chat..etc. Is there a GPO template from Mitel to configure UCA settings or do we have to create a transform file for the original UCA msi file and deploy the UCA that way?? Thank you.

Mitel Software Applications / UCA notifications showing up 2 or 3mins late

Hello,

We’re in the middle of UCA roll-out for our users and are having latency issues with the UCA desktop client. We’ve noticed that on some Windows 7 Pro machines, when users get calls or make calls, the UCA notifications won’t show until 2 or 3 minutes later. We’ve uninstalled antivirus, firewall is turned off, the machines are fairly fast with minimum 4gb of ram. We’re running out of ideas because the UCA seems to work fine on some windows 7 pro machines and not on others. All our machines are uniform, (e.g. same make and model Dells, windows updates applied through WSUS, network policy enforced through GPO..etc.). Any help would be much appreciated.
