Title: dial over message in Multi Level Auto Attendant

Guys in my previous topic i explained an issue i am having that i cannot dial over message "announcement".
I record the primary greeting throuh the administrator mailbox and programm the MLAA menu list. The call flow is working ok. The point is when the calles reach the Auto Attendant they cannot dial over the message if they know the extenshon.

Can someone tell me what else need to be activated ?

Do you have "allow transfer to any number" activated in vm options? and ensure that you are not restricting numbers in the same form.
