Title: 3300 Cxi II and fax

Hi all

We are just about to replace our Nortel BCM with a 3300. Now the BCM acts as a fax - email gateway for us, we use a DDI  associated with each user for a personal fax line, the switch treats it as a fax and converts it to email for delivery

So can the Mitel do this or do we have to go to an external provider ?

The embedded VM doesn't give you fax/email gateway.   
If you are using a NuPoint or MAS server for your VM then yes it can do that.
