Title: 200 icp mx rel 4.0 backup error during voicemail back up

I have been trying to back this switch up for a while but will always get a error duing the voicemail back portion. Is there an way to get around this? I already know upgrading the system will not work. Already tried when we went to 4.0.  I took a change and doing that without backing it up too.  I am thinking of doing a hyper terminal back up but it will not retain all the voicemails saved.

Has anyone ever had a backup issue and was able to salvage their database?
