I have turned on the Handsfree option in the flags folder for a 5360 phone but when it is called internally the extension just rings. They do not have voicemail on the phones so nothing in the Forwarding path and when we use the feature key 319 this does not seem to work either. Is there another setting to get the Handsfree to work on the 5360 phones?
I have the 5320e phones which work fine.

Make sure that the phone you're calling from doesn't have ring intercom always turned on.

Yes it was turned off. Found out that I needed to create a user for this phone then turn off Dynamic Extension Express for this to work.

Tip: the displays can be your friend. In this case on the calling phone you would have seen ROUTING FOR XXX, a tip-off that dynamic extension was on.
