Title: 8660 phone not going to voice mail

I have an 8660 phone that when calling internally the phone is not going to voice mail. I checked and that ext does have a voice mail set up. I am sure there was some feature code accidentally set on this phone. How can I  get it to go to voice mail again after so many rings? Thank you.

Make sure there is a System Forward Path for VM assigned to the phone, and the correct conditions for it (this is programmed via the admin software on the endpoint), and that they have not toggled off System Forwarding (354 is default toggle code).
