Title: Fxs Number location in Mitel 5000
Post by: eia on December 05, 2016, 01:15:24 PM
We are testing with our ISP and I need to change the number to be used for the testing.
We have the number set up in the router but i'm not sure where to find the associated setup in the Mitel DB programming
Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Here is the snippet from the router:

You might be looking for SYSTEM/DEVICES AND FEATURE CODES/SIP PEERS/SIP TRUNK GROUPS/<TG you're using>/CALLING PARTY NUMBER.  There's also a similar setting within each station, if you're sending different numbers for each station.

That sounds like you have an analogue output from the router. (FXS 0/2) is there a port with that label?
This would have to connect to an LS port on the 5000. You then have to program the Trunk and group accordingly.
