I don't actually know. But that has me thinking about emergency notification on the 3300. I've had a request regarding the fact that the first responder clears the event for all other. My thoughts were to loop back an extension to a trunk and put that extension in the emergency group and make the trunk ring on others so that the caller id info was passed. Anybody tried something like it?

How specific do they need? Maybe something closing a contact to a dialer might work.

Just want to hear how much people are doing. I have a few in the works and have been thinking about doing some more besides the default awc stuff.

Earlier this year I had a customer who wanted to default awc instead of the portal. Since I have been involved with SME, this wasn't too hard. I have been thinking about setting up subdomain and using proxypass and wonder if anyone has tried it?

Also, wouldn't it be nice to be able to configure the welcome email and force a send username password?

FWIW, for the latest I've been working on, I did change the names on the awc page to something more generic and branded to my customer. I'm sure it won't stand and upgrade, although there is a place in the install that might.

The only issue with a properly configured Linux FTP server I've seen is with 200 upgrades. It's because the upgrade file names are in either upper or lower case and the software requests the opposite.

Poor programming IMHO.

My first install had a MAS and I really wanted do use single point provisioning. Not happening :(
That being said, without this abiltity, you have to manually create all phones for users and copy their macs for teleworker to integrate properly.

Also if you have new e phones and wish to integrate, you are best to do it asap else you need to make all non e to complete the wizard.

Add that to all the extra steps just to add a buttons, the templating is worthless.

Yes that's how I tried first, assuming that unsupervised meant such. I also lengthen the transfer recall, but the call would return to voicemail. I didn't have any forwarding on the nite bell, so it took me some time to find which timer was the culprit. After reading the help on voicemail, it states that it's recall timer is 17 seconds when set to unsupervised.

If dialed direct, it worked as expected. Setting vm to supervised and increasing the recall timer to a value greater than the nite bell forward also seems to provide extra ring time. Since all my tests were dialed remotely, I only can assume the bell was ringing.

Anyone have a good 8 bit wave file of this? I have a site where they want to ring the nite bell out of voicemail after hours. In Mitel's infinite stupidity, it seems that all unsupervised transfers recall after 17 seconds. If using supervised, you hear the default MOH and I'd like to have callers hear ring back. I should be able to used tenanted MOH. Any other ideas would be helpful.
