Where do I find the setting to enable caller id in the MiVoice Office 250 system administrator and diagnostics software?

Keep in mind that your dial tone provider needs to also supply it.

We do have it just cannot find where to enable on our lines.

On the individual trunk, under Service Type. Depending on the software version, select Caller ID or Bellcore FSK Caller ID from the drop down list.
