Title: phone lock feature

All,what will be the reason that could not activate phone lock feature in Analog sets from AX Controller,
i am able to active de-active this feature in IP sets.
Software versions : 10.1.2.16

Do they have different cos? Sure there is a cos option that you need to enable. Also how do you access on ip sets? Button or code? Could also be a clash in fac

I have tried with same COS also but could not activate phone lock, from IP Sets tried with code, their is no conflict code.

Are you using these steps:

To activate Phone Lock:

1.  Lift the handset.

2.  Dial the Phone Lock Feature Access code.

3.  Hang up.

To de-activate Phone Lock:

1.  Lift the handset.

2.  Dial the Phone Unlock Feature Access code.

3.  Enter your User PIN.

4.  Hang up.

What happens when you try to active the phone lock on the ONS sets?
