Not sure if this would work but could you run a scheduled job to export the directory from the Mitel box. And then another job to import it? That way that it is always in sync?

There would be no need to import to sync anything since (hopefully) anything that needs to be in the directory is programmed in the Mitel system.

And there's no quick link to the data native in the Mitel because its primary function is to process calls, not be a web server. Best way to automate it would be to set up a scheduled export of the Telephone Directory form to a server, then use that .csv as the source data for a separate application to publish the data.

I'm quite confident that's exactly what I said.

Folks,

Wanting to know if it is still possible to get licenses for UCX/UCA? I really want to use the on screen call notification and the click to call/type in the number on your pc and get your phone to call it.

Is it possible or do you need a MAS?

It's the CX chassis. If you have the unit on the desk next to you, you cannot hear anything/anyone else. Just raging fans. No alarms or anything. Just noisy. And the speed never changes, just always on.

I called my dealer to ask them if it's meant to sound like it's going to take off and they told me "yeah I can hear ours when they're running. But you never know. We'd have to send someone out to look at it."

Hi folks

Is it possible to control the fan speed on the 3300? Our unit sounds like it's about to take off. I've used other brand units in the past that I haven't even been able to hear running. But this one is really noisy.

Has anyone had any success with the Graphical Key sample app that comes with the HTML Toolkit? I like the idea of the grow and shrink as a possible solution. i.e. Have a Mode Indicator key and then another key that when pressed opens up the options for Day, Night 1 and Night 2. I have had a play with the sample app that comes with the HTML Toolkit, but cannot work out where you set what the key does, I can figure out how to set the Label, just not what it does.

Sorry to be posting heaps. Is there a button to toggle the night mode? Ie. Push once and the led comes on and it puts system in Night Mode 1 and then push again and led goes off and it goes into Day Mode.

Hey Guys,

Wanting to change the preferences of our trunks, so that when the user hits 0 to get an outside line it grabs a free line in that order. Reason being is that one of our analog trunks gives us cheaper calls than the other. So I need to the preference to be to grab it first and then then the 1st line. Hopefully that makes sense.

Sorry if this is a silly question to you guys - but we recently acquired a 3300 ICP.

I'm looking to get hold of the HTML Desktop Toolkit - we have 5320 phones. I want to do branding and screensavers for them. Although we had the system set up by a dealer, getting the anything, let alone the toolkit, out of them is painful.

Can anyone give me a link to download it?
