The ports are open, because all of our other remote phones work fine.

When I say no dial tone...  I press the line and the screen goes white. I can see the numbers inputing on the screen, but no dial tone.

I am going to try resetting and starting over.

Set up 5224ip phone for teleworker.

Confirmed working:
can reach teleworker server
can receive inbound calls
can switch to night mode from phone
COS is correct
Multi/Line in-out is configured for 4 lines
phone is in teleworker mode
other phones are working correctly with same server and teleworker

Cannot get a dial tone to make an outbound call.
Press the line, screen goes white, button on line turns orange   (button on night mode is green when enabled)

I have rebooted several times and can confirm that it does not fix the problem. Mitel reboots something and it works again. 

How do you stop and start the vm system?  I know how to do a reset from the main board and from the main menu, Alt9.  Is the stop and start vm different than this?

My phone system worked great for a few years.  Now whenever we program a new DID and voice mail, the system will not go past the standard system generated recording and hit the personal greeting.  Mitel has logged in and reset something and when they do, it works.  But they will not tell our authorized service provider what they are resetting.  We cannot program any new voice mails or menu trees as the greetings nor prompts will work.

Has anyone else had this issue?
