Title: Selective Call Forwarding - 3300

Hi All

Is there a way I can configure a 5340 phone in order that the user can press a button to forward just Ext calls to another extension, and another button to forward All calls to another extension? I've got it setup at the moment with Call Fwd Always, but the user would like to be able to select which calls are forwarded.

For a call forward always, you can't separate internal/external calls.
However...
In the call rerouting assignment form you can tell the system that the phone is in DND or external calls only.
Then you can program a DND button on the phone and external calls will route to what ever is assigned in the call rerouting assignment form.
