Mitel Software Applications / How can I hide the voicemail ports in Unified communicator advanced contacts

We are using Unified Communicator Advanced 4.1. When you look at all the contacts, you can see all the embedded voicemail ports. How can I hide those from the list so we don't have to see them when looking at contacts?
