I have 1 phone number at one of my sites that can make calls internally and externally, and can receive calls internally. However when you call her number from the outside, it will not ring in. I just hear a message stating, number you have dialed is not in service.
I go onto the 3300 and I do a CCS Trace and I can see the number coming in from the PRI and what number was dialing it.
So what on the 3300 is stopping this.
There is a system speed dial for it, I have confirmed that and the destination ext for it.
not sure what is stopping it.

When I get this, it's always the DID form that fixes it.

Do this at a slow time.
Enter the command CCS tr en cont
Call it from your cell.
See if you get any details.
If no then it's a carrier issue.
If yes then you'll have to dig deeper into the PBX.
Enter CCS tr dis to stop the traces.

The CCS tracing tool is awesome!
