When logging in to our NuPoint server I am redirected to a Server Error, and the page is stating "Mojolicious"; with a lot of code, can only assume it's HTML or PEARL. I submitted a ticket with our 3rd Party vendor SunTel, as out of nowhere our server was no longer performing backups. Once they started looking around is when I got this screen when logging in. Has anybody had this happen to them before?

According to Mitel the server HDD's are presumed "bad". Replacing, rebuilding VM server with latest backup, will append with results when complete.
