Hello,

I am trying to install and configure the Unified Communicator to lookup contacts via the Corporate Directory but when I go to Contact Lookup within Settings I can only see Outlook Personal Contacts that I am able to tick and use. There is no green plus and cannot see how to add Corporate Directory.

Please can someone help?

I have followed your instructions above on how to set this up but everytime I click on the Test button in configuration it comes back with this message after a short delay:

Name: Work
IP or DN: 620
PC Connectivity password: ****
Mitel 3300 ICP IP: 172.016.010.002
Mitel 3300 ICP user name: DN2IP
Mitel 3300 ICP password: *****

Querying 172.016.010.002
IP lookup returned: OK - InService
172.16.10.41
The phone rejected the connection. 
Please verify that the phone's PC connectivity is correctly configured and
that another PC is not connected to it.

I have setup the phone as outlined in the instructions with a password. Still no joy. Any ideas?
