Hi all,
I am looking at a fault which looks like the hotdesk users profile is corrupt (getting strange phone responses, receiver not sitting when replaced etc) that follows the profile and not the phone.
I've been asked to try a "forced logoff" off the hotdesk user first off via a maintenance command, although for the life of me I can't find anything.
Anyone know what it is?
Thanks in advance!

Can you try just loading the phone?

Use the busy reset command such as:
busy reset 12345

Do we have to busy reset both the physical set and hot desk user ext? If this does not work, is there another option?

I think you only have to busy reset the hotdesk user.

If you just want log out a particular hotdesk user then I would use the FAC for Hotdesk Remote Logout.
You could use a maintenance command to logout all hotdesk users if you have MCD 6

Could do the busy reset, then wipe out the MAC of the base phone (device). Then unplug/plug phone back in and register manually via ***ext., Hold

If you are only doing a single user I think the easiest is simply log them in somewhere else. That will log them out of their old location. You can then log them out on your phone. At least by logging them into your location it forces the "download" for their profile to your test phone.
