There is one phone that auto answers when there is an IC call, and then goes to speakerphone.

I can't seem to find the feature code to turn this off.

Right now all our lines are red/orange.  How do I get the green LED to show when new calls are coming in and/or if calls are on hold?

Are any of the buttons on 5000 compatible devices (5320, 5330, 5340's) multi color LED's?

Right now we are wishing we could tell what analog line was on hold, vs the call ringing.

Our old panasonic system would make the line LED change color when we placed the call on hold so we could differentiate between a new call and what was placed on hold?

Is this an option on the 3300?

I've got a user that has auto answer enabled...if they pick up the phone it grabs the ringing line.  Is there any way to turn this off?

Good day,

I've got bad luck with DEE it seems.  I'm not sure why, but its a finicky bugger.  Here's my situation.

CRA to extension 3009. 3009 is a phantom with DEE to mobile only.  Step 1: 24 seconds to Mobile, then Step 2: Vm

The call hits the CRA, transfers to 3009 (announced transfer) then automatically hits the VM of the 3009.  No ringing to mobile.

I can't see to find why its going instantly to the VM when I have 24 seconds set as the first step in the DEE.

Any idea's?

Well, I tried as you suggested, only the phone is actually a phantom extension, not an actual IP phone.

Is there any way to select what line is used when DEE calls out on behalf of a phantom extension?

Basically I made a phantom extension, created a user and tied it to the phantom, then setup DEE to send calls to the mobile phone of the user.

I've got a user who when using DEE will call both his desk phone and his mobile.

Only the line selected by the PBX when calling out to the mobile phone with DEE is not  the line I want.

We have 9 analog lines.  How would I configure what line/trunk is selected when PBX and DEE calls out for the mobile device?

I've created a phantom extension so to enable a mobile number to be used as an extension...only I can't recall how it was setup.

I just made a new phantom extensions, and I don't see any option to input a phone number.

I apologize if I've asked this in the past...

We are currently using 4 digit extensions for our phones.  Our offices have 3 digit room numbers, and we used to have offices with 2 phones in it.

Example, RM112 phone #1 would be 1121 and phone number 2 would be 1122.

Easy somewhat, but users have been complaining on going back to 3 digit extensions.

From some testing I've done, it appears I can change an extension and it will update other area's of the DB where the record was used...is this correct?

Can I have 3 and 4 digit extensions?  Example, 112 and IF there is a second phone 1122.
