Hi,
How can I allow a specific extension to record calls and how to access the recording on SX200 AX.
Thank you.

Have System Option license 87, Record-A-Call.
Verify in Form 2 there is a access code for Send Message
In COS of the VM ports and extensions, enable Option 268
In Hunt Groups, go the VM HG, then Options, and set the maximum number of RAC ports
In Call Reroute Table enter the RAC VM Destination for the Tenant.
On the sets, program a Record-A-Call key
It is spelled out step by step in the system documentation under the Record-A-Call Feature section.

Thank you acejavelin,
I did not find that in the system documentation! what are my options for RAC VM Destination for the Tenant ... every time I try a destination it says " access code is not a valid answer point.

It is in the documentation... Look in the SX-200 Folio Documentation Software Release 5.0 UR2 PDF document starting on document page 680 (PDF page 709). https://drive.google.com/open?id=1mt00Cl9GvhRikn_ieRFalGo2jNrcaTxr
You would enter the hunt group of the Voicemail generally, unless you built a separate hunt group for Record-A-Call. I don't think it will let you do it unless you have the proper license and COS for that group.

It worked fine. Thank you!
