Title: 200 - Incoming direct calls go to AA instead of extension mailbox
Post by: bfacer on July 25, 2017, 02:48:14 PM
SX200 EL/ML with the internal card voicemail. Previously all CO lines were answered by an attendant console in days and autoattendant at nights. Changed a few of the CO lines to be direct to extensions(form 14). Call forward external and internal on these extensions are both set for 490(VM hunt group pilot, set using the blue superkey).
* On internal calls to the extension, NA calls go to the extensions mailbox as expected
* On external calls to the line to that extension, NA calls are being answered by the main auto attendant

Desired outcome is for outside calls to the CO line to an extension, NA calls should go to the extension mailbox, same as on an internal call
Seems like some COS option isn't passing what it needs to but I can't find what it should be

Thanks

Check the trunks COS for Option 234 - Never a Forwardee and verify it's disabled.

In the phones COS, make sure Option 258 - Display Prime as Forwarder is enabled.

The trunks do not have an appearance as a CO Line anywhere do they? They just ring to the prime DN and no appearances anywhere else and no Private Line keys? If so, they will never forward.

This is correct, in form 14 their destination is jsut the extension number and it rings on the prime dn
