Went to site to do with wire shark trace . I observed that the invite were all cancelled .Issues resolved after the Draytek firmware was upgrade to  the current level . Also changed the port in the 400 to Gamma   61166 to 5060 i.e.88.215.63.3:61166. to 88.215.63.3:5060 However, it worked when the software was on  version 4.

I have recently upgraded a site from version 4 to version 7.0 SP1HF2 . which had Sip trunks working fine with Gamma. After the upgrade , Incoming calls are ok but no outgoing calls .
Anybody come across this on SP1 hotfix 2?

Hi Team,
 Fantastic ! I had to go to site for this one unfortunately. The remote access to the system was only the web base Administration. The AIMS database was not connecting . When I got to site I realised why . The NAT address was still the old ISP address . So all the ports I opened were  fine . All working .

Aastra - MiVoice Office 400 and MiVoice MX-One / Mitel Dect 612 DT

Hoping to get a an advice why a dect phone will not register om MiVoice 470 . The phone is subscribed on the OMM but it is saying not available . The version of the software is 6.1 and I am going to try and upgrade it to 7.1  . Any advice will be very much appreciated .

Very good point . I thought that as well but it does seem to be .
The peculiar thing is  I have a web access to the system and there is no NAT settings in it .

I am really struggling to get voice in this system . Incoming /outgoing rings but there is no voice each way . Any suggestion will be extremely helpful.

Thanks for your advised . For some reason , someone entered 20 in the destination code . I appreciate your advice , Problem fixed

When they dial the number 90208980****, is showing on the display as 9-8980****.

I have recently ported a number from ISDN to Gamma sip trunks . The customer can dial every number except 0208 numbers . However, if they put 44 in front of the numbers i.e. 44208********* then it works . Is it a flag in the trunk group settings for this please?. Any suggestion will be very much appreciated.

Thanks very Much for you help . However, I am not sure if the Client is doing something wrong . As as she put the user number and press ok , she get's not available . She doesn't get the option to enter the pin

I have issues registering a dect phone on MiVoice  400. The previous phone died and I have deleted it in the OMM created the a new phone with the same extension number  and the phone subscribe without any issues . However, when the client logs in on the phone it comes out as not unavailable .

On the Event logs in the OMM , i got User access failure with Authentication failure .

 Thanks for all your help . After all the hard work , it turns out that the phones are on a different Vlans from the Data network. The site to site VPN doesn't include the voice network. I have advise them to MBG but obviously they not Keen because of the cost.

Hi Team,
 I have a customer  with the old (Astra) Ascotel Intelligate  system . the Customer is getting some nuisance calls and he has asked is there is a way to block these calls base of the CLI coming in . I have noticed there is not a blacklist options on the 7.95 Shell Tool . Is there is an alternative way to block incoming CLI. Any suggestion will be very much appreciated .
