we upgraded the AX controller to version 10.0 , initially the 24 ONSP card detected , now we cant see any 24 ONSP card in the module

we have received new AX controller card and new Flash 16 gb with preloaded ver 9.4 .
we removed the existing controller and flash and replaced with new set
we get error " cannot boot " on console login

Please sugget

Customer is using MiVB  with MiCollab.

We have configured LDAP Client configuration on MiVB for external directory .

We are getting message in maintenance log "LDAP Client Successfully connected to ldap://10.x.1x.xx:389"

But we are unable to search external contacts on Mitel 69xx phone.

69xx Phone display -> Directory import failed. Attached snap shot.

Kindly suggest.

this symptom is intermittent
Mxone A and MXone B are connected on pvt sip trunk

intermittently Mxone A Sip user gets line busy anonymous on display and call trace on the user shows " State is : BSYMES ( Busy Message ) No Scp connected .

we have installed MIVB , Micollab , MBG . the Micollab client is working fine on internal customer network

but there is no audio both ways when connected from public network ( teleworker )

in pcap trace we dont get rtp packets

Mitel 6863i phone registered with Mxone . the phone display is normal , but any incoming call
Summary:   Mitel 6863i phones is idle when user is dialing any extension number user gets blank tone.
Details:   All sip phones Mitel and third party sip phones are responding intermediately with extension not been able to dial any other extension.

While dialing it give a blank tone, It will start working randomly once received a call from another extension.

Analog phones in the same system works fine.

Also we have take a capture of 6863i phone (Pcap file) call scenario tested while capture are mentioned below: and in wireshark trace it shows "

we have connected Md110 with audiocodes on an E1 connectivity and configured as a normal pri route

the call from MD110 to audiocodes is sucessfull  , but call from audiocodes to Md110 is not successfull

we have interconnected Mxone 7.3 Qsig with IRIS IVDX

for first 15 channels the call and speech is ok between Mxone and Iris ivdx

in next 15 channels the call is established but there is no speech , ( both ways )

any suggestions

Hi we have setting up Airtel sip trunking with Mivoice 470 without MBG

we are unable to register successfully with airtel . we logged call with Mitel and below is the response , has anyone interfaced mivoice A470 with Airtel service provider sip trunking

I can see that the MiVo400 is using the correct source port (5060) based on the config you supplied and the actual trace.

We are sending from 5060 and expecting responses on this port:

We can see from the telco response that they are actually seeing messages on port 65476 as this is signalled in the 'rport':

You will need to check network devices between the MiVo400 and the telco (routers, firewalls, etc) to determine where the port is being changed.
I suggest you get a network trace at the nearest router and verify the SIP signalling at that point is using the correct port.
