Title: Mitel 5000 Call chopping

I have a Mitel 5000 system with model 8520 handsets. User reports that while on a call, and another call is ringing in, that the original call is cuting out every time the new call rings, so he hears only parts of the other person's conversation. Any idea how to stop this 'barging' in?

ACD, UCD or direct ring to the extension?
