Title: UCA Client importing Outlook Contacts

Have got a slightly strange one here, where there are 10 users running UCA 4.1, a mixture of Office 2007 and Office 2010, most can import contacts, but 3 can't. The option to import contacts is greyed out, and is not selectable. It's not limited to one version of Outlook, as two of them are 2010, and 1 is 2007.

Has anyone come across this before and found a solution to a slightly odd problem?

Rather than deleting the thread, I thought I'd post a resolution, in case it helps someone in the future.

The clients must be running 32 bit Office in order for this to work. If they are running 64 bit then it will not allow for the PIM functions to work. Came across it in the admin guide.

Naturally I'd banged my head against the wall, and then as soon as I posted the question I found the answer!
