Mitel support ended up fixing this for me. Had to turn on sdsdebug and go into a few user to hosted device forms to clear out the GUID and then clear all keys, turn off resilency, wait, turn on resilency, re-add keys, and that fixed it. I guess it's a known issue with 5.0, whereas 6.0 doesn't have the issue as much.

Mitel Software Applications / Rightfax + Mitel 6.0
« on: January 27, 2014, 04:36:29 PM »
We use OpenText Rightfax for our enterprise faxing and it integrates into our Mitel system (FoIP). Anyways, we are still running 5.0 for Mitel, and looking to upgrade to 6.0. Contacted OpenText and the tech I talked to stated he has not seen any testing with Mitel 6.0 and Rightfax interoperability. It didn't sound like a for sure answer on his part, and all I could get was a Interoperability document that only lists Mitel 5.0 as being supported with Rightfax, but he made it sound like it might be possible other customers may be using Rightfax with Mitel 6.0.   I guess I am wondering if anyone here uses Rightfax with Mitel 6.0.  I realize it's a long shot to find anything on this forum for this topic but thought I would give it a shot.

Thx.

Tried clearing the que alert first and then going back in to clear the single line, but still get same error. I have a conf. call with Mitel later this week. Sounds like they will have to do some SDS work to get it fixed.

But I need this phone as an ACD phone. So not sure what that will mess up?

5
We actually already did look at these two forms for this number but I double checked now and it does not appear anywhere else besides the ACD phone that it currently resides on.

6
Double checked the telephone directory on all three controllers and the number does not exist. Yes, we have a cluster of three controllers. We are running Release Level 5.0 SP2 PR2 and software load: 11.0.2.66

Like I said, the telephone directory has already been cleared and still get this error. The call rerouting record cannot be deleted as there is no option to delete, which if I recall, it gets deleted once the line gets cleared. This is not a hunt group or any sort of group. Just a single line on an ACD phone. My local Mitel provider is not sure what it could be either and he stated it could be a ghost record somewhere that is not getting cleared up upon reboots of the controllers. Frustrating!

Locate Number shows:  The number refers to a Non Prime Broadcast Group

Trying to clear a single line key on an ACD phone. When I attempt to clear the line, I get the message "Users are associated with this Hosted Service".  When I look at the telephone directory on all 3 of my controllers, this number does not exist, so there is nothing to remove ahead of time like others have stated to do. We rebooted the controller last night, and still get the same message this morning when I attempt to clear the key. Any ideas?

I tried turning it off and then back on (to see if that would clear it out), but the light still flashes. So since the user does not have voicemail on his account, I just turned the feature off.

How do you clear a call back message on a 5304? The message light indicator is flashing and we aren't sure how to clear it since it's a 5304 wall mounted phone with no display like a 5312 or 5330. Thanks.

A simple reboot of the phone took care of the problem for me,  :o

After the phone has been connected to the hot line, I want to have the ability to use the number pad for sending prompts (Press 1 for english, etc).  Right now, the number pad is disabled and my users can't get too far. I have another 5304 setup as a hotline with it's number pad enabled, and I can't remember how it was done.
