I have a ring group (exten 3304) that has an overflow after 20 seconds  to a system speed dial that works fine.

However if I overflow to 3304 from another ring group then the overflow on the 3304 never works. The call just continues to ring the phones in the ring group.

Any idea why this might be?

Hi

I am setting up a UC360 on a 3300. It can make a call to another extension or external number, however if you try to conference in another number it fails. It seems it is not setup to make multiple calls out maybe. I have checked everything I can think of. Anyone got any ideas?

Yep that's what I'm referring to.

Which FCOS did you change? If it's on MAS/MiCollab try enabling 292 - Call Director in the MAS FCOS.

The MAS FCOS already had 292 enabled.

Still when I go to the mailbox it just asks to leave a message and doesn't follow the Call Director.

Are your line groups setup as 'Call Director'

I have setup a Line Group which has a User Interface of Call Director and Application of NuPoint Voice.

Is this what you are referring to?

Callo director is fairly easy. In your case, you would route the given number to a trusted extension that was always rereouted to vm. It would then end up in the mailbox of the trusted extension.

Created this mailbox and allow call director. Go to call director and choose call flow for this mailbox.

I might put caller-id filter first, on match hang up else menu that doesn't repeat and times out to blind transfer to desired destination.

I have setup the extension which when you call it goes straight to voicemail. I have allowed 292 Call Director in the FCOS. I have setup the call flow to just blind transfer the call. However whenever you call it still goes to "please leave a message".

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I can convert it to WAV no problem

We have Call Director but I don't know how to configure it.

I am fairly new to Mitel

I am trying to find a way to answer an inbound call, play an MP3 to the caller and then transfer to a huntgroup.

We have NuPoint if that is helpful

I can't find any tutorials on how to do this.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
