Title: Mitel 5000 - "Your call is being processed by Mitel Voicemail"
Post by: mattybrownuk on February 16, 2013, 09:28:47 AM
We've just gone live with our new phone system at work and currently, on a night time we have our main incoming number directed to a voicemail box.  When voicemail picks up the call, before the outgoing message is played, you hear this: "Your call is being processed by Mitel Voicemail".

Is there a way of switching this off, so that only our outgoing message is played?

Thanks in advance.

Turn off the voice processor Identification Prompt on the main screen.

Brilliant.  Worked like a charm, I can't thank you enough.

For my own personal reference and anyone else that might come across this issue, here's a summary of this option.

Voice Processor ยป Identification Prompt.

Yes = Plays "Your call is being processed by Mitel Voicemail", followed by your OGM.
No = Plays your OGM straight away.
