Title: UC Advanced Send to VM

I am setting up UC Advanced v3.2.15.0 with a 3300 w/mcd 4.1 and Nupoint VM. Everything seems to be working great exept for the "Send to Voicemail" button that is on the popup when an incoming call comes in. All other features such as "Call me and play messages" works. Any suggestions would be great.

Within the users setup on the UCA server, do you have the voicemail pilot number and the ip address of the NuPoint programmed?

I have this issue some what figured out. The dialing Prefix number is being added in front of my VM pilot number. Any way around this so that the dialing prefix number will be added to contacts but not the VM number?

Got it figured out, the VM pilot number is 4 digits and all my ext are 3, changed the setting for ext length to 4 and it is working now.
