Title: 911 Alarm on SX-200 Digital release 62
Post by: barry4900 on February 03, 2017, 04:26:54 PM
A customer has an old SX-200D.  They have a Metrotel Digit Grabber that used to show the extension that dialed a 911 call.  Does anyone have any idea of how this might have been connected to show an extension that called 911?
thanks

I have not tested, but I would see what happens if you dial 911 plus extra digits on a local copper trunk. If you get emergency, I would assume that the digit grabber was hooked to a copper trunk and when a user dialed 911, mod digits absorbed and output 911 *6 or something to that effect.
