Title: Polycom SoundStation2 on ONS Port

How can I setup a Polycom SoundStation2 on an ONS port?

I have the COS of the ONS port set to allow flash and conference calls.

However, if I dial person A from the Polycom, then hit flash, dial person B, and hit Flash, it returns me to person A instead of giving me dial-tone via which I can dial the Conference call FAC.

What am I missing?

Check the COS to see if brokers call is enabled.

Also check the flash timer. Cant remember exact time but I have had to adjust them before.

Actually Ralph, I got the answer from you, only for a past post on another forum. It was the Call Waiting Swap in the COS. Thanks though!
